Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
    Please note: Certain products such as personalized or custom-made items, sale or clearance items, and gift cards may not be eligible for return.

  • Return Process:

    • Order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return

    Once your return request is approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.


Refunds

  • Refund Process:
    Items can only be refunded within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the same condition requirements as mentioned in the Return section.
    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
    Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment method.

  • Partial Refunds:
    In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. We will notify you of any such deductions.

  • Exchanges:
    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order on our website. If you need assistance with this process, please contact our support team.


Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at navstylecreation@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping at no additional cost to you.
